They set a budget estimate, quote deadline, and a minimum charity donation percentage. Invited law firms respond with tailored proposals, keeping procurement transparent, structured, and competitive.

2. Side-by-Side Quote Comparison When quotes arrive, in-house teams review them in a clean comparison view — proposed fee, charity pledge amount, timeline, approach, and team profile laid out side by side. Firms can be shortlisted before a final award decision is made, removing the chaos of email-based procurement.
