About the Project

CIRP.OS is an operating system for managing the end-to-end Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).

Insolvency professionals currently manage a CIRP across fragmented documents, emails, spreadsheets, portals, professional engagements, claims, CoC decisions, litigation, valuations and deadlines. The problem is not simply finding legal information—it is keeping the entire case state connected and making sure decisions, actions and evidence do not get lost.

CIRP.OS brings the CIRP into one case-scoped workspace. It connects creditor claims, documents, CoC meetings and voting, actions and dependencies, litigation, valuations, information memoranda, resolution plans, professional quotations and engagements, CIRP costs, decisions, drafting and audit trails.

The platform also extends beyond the RP workspace through role-specific portals for creditors/stakeholders, CoC members and insolvency professionals. Creditors can submit and track claims, professionals can register and respond to RFQs, and authorised CoC members can review decisions and vote.

AI acts as a decision-support layer—not a replacement for the RP or CoC. It extracts information from documents, identifies discrepancies, compares quotations and plans, explains case information, surfaces missing information and drafts documents using verified case facts.

The goal is simple: connect the people, documents, decisions and actions that make up a CIRP into one reliable system of record.

Practice Areas

Key Features

• End-to-end CIRP workspace — Manage claims, CoC, meetings, actions, litigation, valuations, resolution plans, costs, documents and decisions in one case-scoped system.

• Creditor Claim Portal — Creditors/stakeholders can submit claims online, upload signed/scanned forms and supporting evidence, receive a reference number and track their claim status.

• RP Claim Review — Structured verification, discrepancy detection, clarification requests, resubmission and RP-recorded admission/non-admission decisions.

• Professional Marketplace & RFQ — Find relevant valuers, auditors, law firms, forensic professionals and other CIRP professionals, issue RFQs and manage quotations.

• AI Quotation Comparison — Compare professional quotations across fees, taxes, timelines, scope, expenses, credentials and commercial terms, with AI-generated assessment for human review.

• CoC Decision & Voting — Connect evidence, options and AI assessment to a structured decision record and authorised CoC voting workflow.

• Decision Register — Maintain an auditable chain from question → evidence → analysis → options → discussion → vote → outcome → implementation.

• AI-Assisted Drafting — Generate evidence-backed CIRP documents using verified case facts, firm formats and explicit placeholders for missing information.

• Action & Dependency Engine — Convert decisions into accountable actions, deadlines and dependencies and surface downstream impact.

• Evidence & Audit Trail — Maintain provenance for important facts, decisions, documents and changes across the case.

• Role-Based Ecosystem — Separate experiences for RP/case team, creditors/stakeholders, CoC members and professionals while maintaining a connected case state.

• Human-in-the-Loop AI — AI extracts, flags, compares, explains and drafts; consequential decisions remain with the authorised RP/CoC.
