Vantage is being built by Rishabh Shukla, Founder of BizRegime - Advocates and Solicitors, to solve a simple but persistent problem: businesses often do not know what legal questions they should be asking until something has already gone wrong.
For founders, entrepreneurs and growing companies, legal information is usually fragmented across statutes, government portals, articles, compliance calendars and professional advice. Even where information is available, understanding what actually applies to a particular business can be difficult. The result is often reactive legal decision-making—documents are reviewed after disputes arise, compliances are discovered after deadlines have passed, and legal risks are identified only when a transaction, employee issue or regulatory problem brings them to the surface.
Vantage aims to reduce that gap by converting complex legal requirements into structured, business-oriented workflows. Instead of expecting users to identify the correct statute, compliance requirement or legal document themselves, the platform begins with the business event: incorporating a company, hiring an employee, entering into a contract, raising capital, protecting intellectual property, expanding into another state, restructuring the business, or dealing with a regulatory obligation.
The project is intended to address several recurring problems:
-
Fragmented Legal Information: bringing relevant legal requirements, decision points and compliance considerations into a structured interface instead of leaving businesses to search across multiple sources.
-
Uncertainty about applicability: helping users understand which legal issues may become relevant based on their business structure, workforce, activities, location, transactions and stage of growth.
-
Reactive compliance: identifying legal obligations and potential risks before they become disputes, penalties, transaction delays or operational bottlenecks.
-
Lack of legal issue-spotting: helping users recognise legal questions they may not otherwise know to ask. Generic legal content: moving away from one-size-fits-all articles toward guided workflows that produce more context-specific legal roadmaps.
-
Disconnected legal tools: bringing compliance, contracts, workforce, licensing, transactions and legal knowledge into a more unified business-law workspace.
-
Cost and accessibility barriers: providing businesses with a free first layer of legal guidance so that professional legal assistance can be sought more efficiently where it is actually required.
Vantage is not intended to replace lawyers. Its purpose is to make legal preparedness more accessible: helping businesses understand what matters, what should be investigated, what should be documented and when a matter requires professional legal advice. At its core, the project is an attempt to move business law from a reactive service to a more proactive decision-support system.
