LEX-GLASS gives lawyers a memory for their own work. While reviewing a contract, a client file, or working across a dozen open tabs, it quietly reads what's on your screen — only when you choose to turn it on. Later, instead of scrolling back through folders to find that one clause, you just ask in plain language, and it brings back the actual passage, in context.

Everything runs inside your own browser. No document, no client detail, and no capture is ever sent to an outside server — the tool has no backend at all.

**Consent-Gated Recording **— You control when it's watching. LEX-GLASS only captures your screen while you've actively started a session — never silently, never in the background.

On-Device Document Scanning — Reads documents on your screen automatically as you work, using local text recognition. Nothing is uploaded to external servers to do this.

**Automatic PII Redaction **— ID numbers, bank details, and other sensitive data are automatically blacked out the moment they're captured, using local pattern-matching — not an AI service reading your documents.

Strict Matter Isolation — One client's work never leaks into another's. Captures, search, and recall are scoped entirely to the currently active matter.

Meaning-Based Recall — Ask naturally, without needing the document's exact wording. A real, on-device AI model finds passages by what they mean, not just which words they contain — so asking "how much can they sue us for" can surface the liability clause even when the contract itself only says "shall not exceed."

Automated Billing Records — Converts captured timestamps and matter activity into draft time entries, so a day's work doesn't have to be reconstructed from memory hours later.
