Aria Grace Law CIC is a not-for-profit corporate and litigation law firm based in London. It pays its lawyers 90% of the fees by far the highest fee split in the market. This means the lawyers can afford to charge clients less but still earn more than any other consultancy model. Clients and lawyers gain. This attracts highly skilled lawyers from diverse backgrounds giving tremendous value to clients and generates a high degree of net profit, all of which goes to charities such as foodbanks and groups like radical recruit who help homeless and former prisoners back into work) and other good causes such as assisting aspiring lawyers. Society, clients and lawyers gain - the more lawyers and clients the more we make for charities.
As our model is to give away all net profits to those who really need it, we need to keep tight control on costs such as marketing and back office tech, particularly as we grow. I want to vibe code end to end processes that we can use to expand our model and also to give away that model to other lawyers or sectors (such as accountants) who may feel that the start up costs are too high and complex. They certainly were when I set up the form 8 years ago. The vibecode output would include end to end processes from onboarding clients, kyc/aml to billing and invoicing. It should allow connections to any legal practice management systems (clio, leap D&D etc). it should also enable marketing to make other lawyers aware that by simply changing a model that they can earn significantly more. it should make clients aware that they can get City lawyers providing great value for a fraction of the costs of city law firms. it should make charities aware of the impact of a wealthshare model. Like an infinity circle it gets better with every iteration and it will grow quicker with the right coded technology.
