Using this tool, lawyers will be empowered to contactg their clients with actional insights, demonstrations of return on ROI and tailored suggestions for actions clients may wish to take to stay in line with industry benchmarks.
The project also looks to help law firms to identify cross-selling opportunties. THe tool looks at press articles and press releases from the client, cross-checks this against a library of published artricles and firm expertise and then suggests the correct lawyer at CMS and then creates emails to facilitate frictionless introductions.
Once actions have been taken, progress is stored and allows the junior lawyer to keep track of successes using this system, for annual reviews and dopamine! THis could be adapted to all practice areas but is currently IP focused.
