Built on SharePoint and powered by AI, Lexi is a conversational intake bot that recognises users automatically via Microsoft SSO. Internal customers simply describe what they need. If the answer lives in the entity management system — articles of association, company numbers, director lists, entity structure charts — Lexi retrieves and delivers it instantly with no ticket created and no work for the legal team.

If the request needs human attention, Lexi creates a matter, allocates it automatically to the right lawyer based on language, seniority, deal value, capacity, and availability, communicates the SLA to the requestor, and keeps them updated throughout — all without them ever needing to enter the platform.

Behind the front door, lawyers get a clean prioritised task queue. Managers get a live dashboard with full pipeline visibility, an auto-allocation engine, and SLA tracking. And the GC gets an executive view with the KPIs needed to run the function strategically: matter volume by type and region, team utilisation, cost per matter, and real-time flags when something needs attention.
