Lister AI is an automated cause list management dashboard designed specifically for high-volume litigation chambers. Currently, law firm associates waste countless billable hours manually scouring hundreds of pages of unformatted Court PDF daily cause lists to locate their chamber’s matters, determine presiding judges, and coordinate courtroom coverage.
Lister AI removes this operational bottleneck by eliminating manual tracking. Utilizing an automated headless browser pipeline, the system scrapes the live High Court roster to establish an accurate baseline of courtroom-to-judge mappings, bypassing the high error rate of standard PDF extraction. It then parses the daily official PDF cause list, extracts matters matching specific chamber advocates, maps the verified judge to the correct court number, and pushes the data to a clean, interactive Next.js web application. This provides the chamber with a unified, shareable dashboard to assign associates, track case statuses (e.g., Argued, Adjourned), access virtual courtroom links, and instantly generate print-optimized daily itineraries.
