LexFlow — Smart Document Workflow for Notary Practices

LexFlow is a lightweight document workflow tool built for notary advocates and their assistants. It solves a simple but widespread problem: routine affidavits, declarations, undertakings and similar documents are still frequently prepared by searching old Word files, repeatedly typing client information, manually changing clauses, adjusting formatting and correcting errors before printing.

With LexFlow, the client scans a QR code—or the assistant enters their details—selects the required document and purpose, and answers only the relevant questions. LexFlow uses the advocate's own customisable templates to automatically prepare the document, including relevant clauses and the selected A4, bond or stamp-paper layout. The advocate reviews the result and can download an editable Word file or print-ready PDF. The completed document and receipt are then automatically archived for future retrieval.

LexFlow does not replace legal drafting or professional judgment. It removes repetitive typing, formatting and administrative work around routine legal documents.
