My project is called JusticeGuide. The problem that it intends to solve is provide consumers with a proper understanding of the dispute resolution process. The inspiration for this project came from my Aunt when she had ordered a mixer grinder that was defective and the seller refused to provide a refund. The incident had a deep rooted effect as consumers, despite having rights are not aware of them or the potential remedies.
JusticeGuide aims to act as legal process engine for consumers who want to understand what to do when they'e facing a consumer dispute. Though big platforms like Amazon and Swiggy have internal helplines and dispute resolution mechanisms, consumers today are ordering from a variety of websites such as those in Instagram and Twitter. This is the core goal of the project.
