About:
Most people only encounter the law when something goes wrong—a shopkeeper refuses a refund, a landlord holds back a security deposit, or someone faces workplace theft. In those moments, finding help is frustrating. Official government portals just hand you dense, unreadable legislative PDFs, while hiring a lawyer for an initial consultation can cost more than the dispute itself.
We built Everyone’s Law to bridge this gap. It is made for everyday citizens, law students, and grassroots paralegals who need clear answers without the legal jargon.
The platform offers two practical tools:
-
The Incident Decoder: Type out what happened in your own words. Instead of generic advice, it breaks down the exact sections that apply under Indian law (including the new BNS and Consumer Protection Act), what the consequences are, what evidence you need to collect, and a real-life example.
-
The Bare Act Explainer: Shows original legal sections side-by-side with a simple, 30-word explanation of what they actually mean in practice.
When people use it, they skip the confusion and avoid filing defective complaints. They immediately know their rights, what proof to gather, and what practical steps to take next.
