About the Project

Bach Atlas is a Florida-first, AI-assisted, jurisdiction-aware regulatory intelligence console for lawyers.

It’s designed for matters where one question actually spans multiple layers of law at once; state statutes, county codes, city ordinances, special-district rules, and governing case law. Instead of days of tab-surfing, Bach Atlas returns a single, citation-backed view of how those layers fit together.

Today it’s used on high-stakes Florida work involving land use and entitlements, condo and building safety, construction and commercial disputes, and family/dependency situations where DCF, Title IV-D, and Chapter 61 overlap.

Answers are structured so lawyers get a clear bottom line, the key legal frameworks behind it, and any important limits or caveats. The goal isn’t to replace legal judgment, but to cut down entitlement, enforcement, and compliance risk by making the multi-jurisdiction framework visible in minutes instead of hours and eventually doing the same in other states.

Practice Areas

Key Features

• Florida-first, multi-layer research – answers converges together state statutes, county and city ordinances, and relevant case law into a single, structured analysis instead of forcing lawyers to reconcile each layer by hand.

• Risk-framed outputs – responses are written the way practitioners think: highlighting entitlement risk, code-enforcement and building-safety risk, regulatory/compliance risk, and deal risk at closing.

• Structured, citation-backed memos – each answer gives a clear bottom line, the key legal frameworks behind it, and citations so attorneys can jump straight into the source material.

• Reliability snapshot – responses include a short note on coverage and limits so lawyers can quickly see what’s clearly supported and what may need additional checking.

• Built-in follow-ups – every answer ends with a few targeted follow-up questions the user can send back through Bach Atlas (or take to clients and agencies) to close remaining gaps on the matter.
