Pactora is a pre-legal contract triage tool for SaaS teams. It helps commercial and business teams identify liability, indemnity, IP ownership, termination, and negotiation pressure points in customer and vendor contracts before the document reaches legal review. The goal is not to replace lawyer judgment. It is to make sure that by the time a contract reaches legal, the commercial team already understands what they are looking at and legal can focus on what actually needs their expertise.
I built Pactora because I spent six years as a commercial lawyer watching the same problem repeat itself: business and commercial teams signing or flagging contracts without understanding where the real risk sat, and legal teams receiving documents too late, with too little context, to add meaningful value before a deadline.
It is built for SaaS agreements specifically, because that is the contract type I know best and where the risk patterns are most consistent. It is positioned explicitly as decision-support, not legal advice. I built it as a non-developer using Claude and Claude Code. AI-assisted clause extraction and risk scoring is currently in active development.
