This platform solves the problem of allowing individuals to complete a trademark filing in Mexico, completely online (fully automated by AI), in 8 languages (Spanish, English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi and Portuguese)
The system uses artificial intelligence to classify the marks, asks questions in the user's native language to classify when in doubt and then conducts a comprehensive AI powered live trademark search, web search, DuPont analysis, domain name availability search and all within seconds, but also based on legal precedents to determine registrability of each trademark.
The use of technology is allowing us to provide this service very affordably and reduce the language barriers for non-Spanish speaking users.
