About the Project

LeaseLens analyses commercial lease agreements clause by clause, identifying landlord and tenant bias, flagging leverage points, detecting jurisdiction, and exporting a structured Word document with inline comments.

Serves as a fast, comprehensive and data-driven first pass review when receiving an unfamiliar draft from an opposing party - helping clients to understand their own contracts at a glance; lawyers to be able to respond within 10 minutes instead of hours to "how bad is it"; due diligence team quickly review hundreds of leases for only essential information.
